Production & delivery

Production time is the time needed to make your order. Delivery time starts after your order is dispatched. For standard custom picks, production begins after you approve your digital proof.

• Standard custom picks: timing varies by material, shape and order size. Follow the estimate shown on your product page. If you have a show, event or gift deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the schedule for your specific order.
• Rush production: when the paid Rush option is offered on your product page and added to your order, eligible picks are produced within 2 business days after artwork approval. Rush production does not include faster shipping; select the delivery service you need at checkout.
• Triangle, Jazz & TRU GRIP: these specialty picks take longer to produce and are not eligible for Rush. Please confirm the current lead time with us if you need them for a specific date.
• Special no-proof 10-pack: the 10 Custom Guitar Picks — Full Colour offer is printed from your submitted artwork without a separate proof. Its product page explains the offer and shipping charge.

Weekends and holidays are not business days. We will contact you if we expect a production delay. Adding a deadline in your order notes helps us plan, but does not by itself add Rush production or guarantee arrival on that date.

Returns

Please contact us before sending a return. Custom printed products are not returnable for a change of mind. If there is a printing error or you receive the wrong product, we will assess the issue under our refund policy. That policy explains eligibility, time limits, return shipping and the available remedy.
