How does free shipping work?
Free standard shipping is applied automatically to every Pick Club subscription shipment delivered within Canada, including renewals. No shipping code is required.
What does priority club handling mean?
Recurring Pick Club restocks are easy for our team to identify and schedule in a dedicated club queue. Normal production and standard carrier transit times still apply—it is not paid express shipping or two-business-day Rush Production.
Can I change my design?
Your approved design repeats by default. Contact us before the next billing date if you want to change artwork, colour or gauge.
Can I skip or cancel?
Yes. Manage upcoming deliveries through your account. Skip, pause, resume or cancel when your needs change.
