How long will my order take to be produced?
Production time depends on the pick material, shape, order size and whether you select an eligible paid Rush option. Standard custom picks begin production after digital-proof approval. Rush production is 2 business days after artwork approval; delivery time is additional. Triangle, Jazz and TRU GRIP require longer lead times and do not offer Rush. Can I print anything I want on my picks?
You can have any image printed on your picks, including photography, artwork, text and logos. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to print the content you submit. Put simply, we can't replicate those sweet Metallica picks you got so you can sell them on eBay.
Can I split custom pick order requirements (eg. various gauges or pick colours)?
Yes, your order can contain up to three different gauges or pick colours, if you need to keep your all your guitarists and bassists happy. However your printed artwork cannot be changed within the one order. You may request various pick colours or gauges in the "Extra Order Details" text box when placing your order.
What if I don't want to order via your website?
That's a shame, we've worked really hard on this! Our online checkout is the quickest and easiest way to place an order. If you have a question or would like to see a preview of your pick design before ordering you can still contact us via email with your order details and attach any artwork you have.
Do you print on guitar picks produced by other manufacturers?
We print on the pick materials and shapes offered in our custom-pick range. We do not accept customer-supplied picks for printing.
Do you give away or sell picks that you produce for other artist/customers?
Unfortunately not, and hello if you found us via your favourite artist or band! If you are a pick collector or just a fan, your best bet is to contact the artist/band or their management directly.
Will my artwork look good on the picks?
Standard custom-pick orders include a digital proof for your approval before printing. Our optional placement preview lets you show us how you want your artwork positioned, and every design is human-reviewed. The special 10 Custom Guitar Picks — Full Colour offer is printed from your submitted artwork without a separate proof, as explained on that product page.
When will I receive my digital proof?
For standard custom-pick orders, we aim to email your proof within 24 hours on business days once we have usable artwork and your order details. Check your spam or junk folder, and contact us if you are waiting. Weekends and holidays can add time. The special no-proof 10-pack offer does not include a separate digital proof.
Do you sell blank picks?
If you don’t want custom graphics on your picks head on over to our Online Store. We have a huge range of picks available.
Will the print scratch or rub off?
One of the reasons we only use Celluloid, Delrinex and G-Poly picks is because they're the picks that ink adheres to best. This means that the print will last for a very long time, and you'll have to start scraping the plastic off before you lose the print!
My design is very detailed. How will it look on a pick?
When you are creating your design, keep in mind that a pick is only about 3 centimetres square. Fine lines and small text will not print very well and may come out slightly blurry, or bleed together. We suggest you contact us and send us your artwork via email and one of our designers will let you know if it will print clearly.
Can I put a photographic image on my picks?
Yes. Almost anything you can print with your printer at home, we can print onto a pick. Photos are a great idea for weddings, birthdays, bucks nights, you name it!
Can I have my picks attached to a keyring or necklace?
Yes. We can attach your picks to keyring cords or ball chain necklaces, you can find pricing here.
Can I have a different design on each side of my pick?
Yes, our double-sided prices cover having the same, or different images on each side of your picks.
Can you make a custom shape or custom moulded guitar pick for me?
Sorry, no. It's too expensive to make custom moulded picks unless you want to pay several thousand dollars for several thousand picks... we stick to printing and etching our existing range of picks instead.
What if I am not happy with my custom picks, straps or mosaic?
Oh no, something must have gone wrong :( We want you to love your order, so all you need to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving them to let us know you’d like to return your order and why. Unfortunately we don't accept returns if you simply change your mind, only if there has been a printing error or we supplied the wrong type of product. Please read our refund policy for the full conditions.
Can I return products ordered from the online store?
Please contact us about a return before sending anything back. Eligibility, time limits, product exclusions and return shipping are explained in our refund policy.
